Rugged Individualism
We in the United States often talk about Rugged Individualism–this strangely-definable characteristic of doing everything your way–all by yourself.
The truth is, those that we know and admire–the famous ones in America–are not rugged individualists. They all work together with teams to accomplish things.
Note, I didn’t say “parties”. I said, “teams”.
